Suggested trip:

Next to our facility there is a comfortable 10-person gondola lift that will take you to the fully attractive Hala Skrzyczeńska located at an altitude of 1000 m above sea level. At this point of the trip, there is the Kuflonka restaurant, where you can enjoy a varied menu and admire the charming landscape during your meal. From here, after taking photos with the SZCZYRK sign or after drinking delicious coffee, you will take a 6-person chairlift to Zbójnicka Kopa. Heading left and slightly upward, you will walk to the top of Skrzyczne. This way, you reach a height of 1257 m above sea level in about 20 minutes by the lift. It is worth spending some time here to admire the beautiful views from the highest peak of the Beskids. After resting, the next step – or rather a determined step – is directed northeast. Returning, you travel about 1.5 km towards Zbójnicka Kopa, enjoying breathtaking mountain views. From here, you can either ride the chairlift down to Hala Skrzyczeńska or continue on foot for about an hour to Malinowska Skała, where there is a rock formation with a viewpoint. Then you return to the upper station of the lift on Zbójnicka Kopa, from where you go down back to Szczyrk by the 6-person chairlift and then by the comfortable 10-person gondola – whose lower station is located right next to our XYZ Apartments.

Szczyrk, a picturesque town in the Silesian Beskids, is an ideal place for active leisure lovers, both in summer and winter. If you plan to spend the summer in Szczyrk, here are some attractions waiting for you:

Hiking trails: Szczyrk is surrounded by mountains, making it an excellent place for hiking. Marked trails lead through the picturesque surroundings of the Silesian Beskids, offering great views. Here are some interesting routes:

To Skrzyczne Tourist Shelter: Skrzyczne is the highest peak of the Silesian Beskids. You can reach it on foot or by gondola lift. Skrzyczne: It is the highest peak of the Silesian Beskids. You can get there on foot or by gondola lift. A trail leads from the town center.

To Klimczok Tourist Shelter: Klimczok is another popular peak with views of the area. Klimczok: It is another popular peak with views of the surroundings. Trails marked green, blue, and red lead to Klimczok along with the PTTK tourist shelter.

To Malinowska Rock: The route leads to a beautiful rock with a view of the valley. The hike starts from Biały Krzyż, the summit of Skrzyczne, or from the XYZ Apartments, following the yellow trail to Hala Skrzyczeńska, then to Małe Skrzyczne and finally to Malinowska Rock. Return via the Salmopolska Pass, then take bus line 120 back to Szczyrk

To Kotarz and Jaworowa Hala: Another charming route near Szczyrk that can be started from the Salmopolska Pass known as Biały Krzyż or from Wója Tom's Cottage in Biała. Between Biała and Biały Krzyż bus no. 120 runs (check the schedule before you leave which trips go to Biały Krzyż)

Other attractions: Besides mountain hiking, it’s worth visiting local restaurants where you can try regional dishes. Remember, Szczyrk is a place where every season has its charm. Enjoy the beauty of nature, wonderful views, and active leisure in the Silesian Beskids!
