Terms and Conditions of the ”🎁 Special Gift in Thanks for Your Review 🎁” campaign

§1. Organizer

The organizer of the campaign is Top Apart sp. z o.o., ul. Salmopolska 49, VAT ID: 9372731325, operator of Apartamenty XYZ, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer".

§2. Duration of the campaign

1. The campaign starts on March 26, 2026, and ends on April 30, 2026, at 23:59.
2. The Organizer reserves the right to change the dates, of which participants will be informed.

§3. Participants

1. The campaign is intended for natural persons with full legal capacity residing in Poland.
2. Participation in the campaign is voluntary and free of charge.
3. Employees of the Organizer and their family members may not participate in the campaign.

§4. Conditions of participation

1. To participate in the campaign, the participant should:
• submit the highest rating regarding the stay through Booking.com,
• send a short confirmation message via Booking.com confirming the submitted review,
• provide the shipping address for the gift (via message on Booking.com or to recepcja@apartamentyxyz.pl).
2. Each participant may take part in the campaign only once.
3. The review should reflect the participant's actual experience.
4. The Organizer does not interfere with the content or rating of the submitted reviews.

§5. Gifts

1. Each participant who meets the conditions specified in §4 will receive a gift in the form of a PRIJA cosmetics set.
2. The number of gifts corresponds to the number of participants meeting the campaign conditions.
3. Gifts are not exchangeable for cash or other products.
4. Within this campaign each participant meeting the conditions receives a gift – “everyone wins”.

§6. Personal data

1. The Administrator of participants' personal data is the Organizer.
2. Personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of executing the campaign and sending gifts.
3. Data will not be used for marketing purposes without the participant's separate consent.
4. Participants have the right to access their data, correct it, and request its deletion.

§7. Final provisions

1. The campaign is not a promotional lottery or game of chance.
2. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions, about which participants will be informed.
3. In matters not regulated herein, Polish law shall apply.
4. Participation in the campaign constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
